To maintain your results and skin health, facials are recommended every 4-8 weeks for most clients and depends on your home care ritual, your current skin health, and your long-term goals. Corrective treatments may require more frequent visits.

Professional products are highly recommended to support your results and maintain your skin health and are required to receive DMK treatments.

It’s possible. Facials stimulate the function of the skin. If there is any underlying congestion in the skin a facial could induce a breakout. Should you experience an unexpected breakout, communication with your esthetician is key.

It’s best to arrive “makeup-free” but not required. Ensō is private and relaxing so you don’t need to worry about what you’re wearing or how you look. Comfortable clothing and jewelry free are recommended. You’ll be asked to remove your clothing from the waist up as your facial includes a massage from the décolleté up. (gowns are provided) Please plan to turn your phone off. This is your time to be treated and to relax.

A card is required in order to secure your appointment. You will not be charged until your appointment. We reserve the right to charge the card on file in the event of late cancelation or no-show. Additionally, we store cards for the convenience of regular clients who love being able to come in and use the card stored on file.

The cancellation fee protects the service provider as well as other clients. Service providers rely on the booked appointments. With the proper notice, it’s possible for the provider to refill that time slot and keep a full schedule. When a guest late cancels or no-shows everyone who wanted to book that time loses out on an opportunity. If you cancel outside of the policy you will be charged.

We understand that things out of your control do happen. If you are sick, we appreciate you not bringing your illness into the space. Skin therapists work very closely with our clients, and it is important that we do not get sick as well. If you are sick and give late notice that you're not going to make it, the cancellation fee will still be charged, however, you will have two weeks to use the charge as a credit at your next appointment.
