Terms & Policies
RESERVATION POLICIES:
A booking deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit will be deducted from the total of your service upon checkout of your appointment. If you cancel / reschedule with less than 72 hours notice you forfeit your deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Ensō has a 72 Hour cancellation & rescheduling policy. If you cancel/reschedule an appointment with less than 72 hours notice you forfeit your deposit. If you cancel/reschedule the day of your appointment 100% of the scheduled service fee will be due.
If your appointment was booked in studio and you do not have a deposit on file the service fee will be collected with the card on file. If no card is on file and or the card is declined you will not be able to rebook until the cancellation fee is paid.
We understand last minute changes sometimes arise. We value your time, and we ask that you value ours. We will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions with grace. Please be advised, we do record these occurrences so as to prevent abuse of the policy. In the case of chronic rescheduling we reserve the right to disallow the opportunity to book with us. We understand this may come across as shrewd however our goal is to minimize cancellations and reschedules in order to accomodate all of our guests and protect our team.

CHECK-IN:
To ensure your full treatment time please arrive 5 minutes early.
New clients please arrive 10 minutes early to complete a new client profile.

Conveniently located in Chandler on Alma School Rd just north of the 202/Chandler freeway exit
Your time at Ensō is meant to be a time of stress free self care. Therefore we have an ADULTS ONLY policy and ask that cell phones be set to silent.
MEDICAL CONCERNS:
You will be asked to disclose any diagnosed medical conditions and medications in your client profile paperwork. All information is strictly confidential. Full disclosure is required for your safety in the treatment room.
